How to use DFree
1. Place and secure the sensor about 0.5" above the pubis bone using DFree adhesive sheet (shown below).
2. The wearable device syncs with the app on your phone/tablet to send you notifications when your urinary volume reaches a threshold.

How to attach sensor: Apply gel to the sensor and secure it to the body using DFree adhesive sheet.
Ultrasound sensor on DFree may not be able to accurately track and collect data from the bladder with certain types of users. These users may have the following conditions:
- Excessive fat in the lower abdomen area
- Loose or flabby skin in the lower abdomen area
- Scar from previous surgery or injury
- Problems accumulating urine in the bladder
- Prone to rashes from use of medical tape and ultrasound gel
- Pregnant
- Underage (6 or younger - bladder may be too small to accurately collect data)
DFree app supports iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) only
DFree app currently supports the following devices:

WE COVER the SHIPPING for ALL Orders over $60All orders ship in 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping is included for all orders in the United States. For all orders under $60 there is a nominal $10 shipping charge. For our customers who live in remote areas or Hawaii and Alaska please allow additions shipping times.
Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution centers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.Delivered Direct to your Door with Discreet Packaging: Your order will arrive directly to your door in discreet plain brown packaging.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 48 hours from the date of your order unless your order was placed on a holiday or weekend. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unopened packages for a full, no-questions-asked refund in the original form of payment. There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for our cost in shipping the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 14 days. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any opened packages or used items. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Return Policy for DFree Bladder Monitoring Device: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of DFree Bladder Monitoring Device for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with its original packaging and all original accessories to qualify for a refund. For all returns you must contact Brief Drop in writing at help@briefdrop.com to execute the return. We will issue you a return authorization number to insure you receive proper credit once the item is received back in our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued for approved orders with the Brief Drop Return Authorization number. Refunds would then be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
